All of America watched the opposition of Donald Trump and Congress. As a result, shutdown is over and federal employees returned to work. However, the U.S. president did not receive funding for the wall on the border with Mexico. So he said, “I don’t think that Congress will find right solution. The second shutdown is a great option that will be considered,” - New York Post.
Financing of the wall is the main goal of the president, because he wants to limit the number of immigrants from Latin America.
On Friday, Donald Trump signed a paper on the completion of the largest state shutdown. Today, all federal employees have returned to work that will last until Feb.15. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi opposed the construction of the wall. Democrats say that number of immigrants will decrease, if the number of immigration judges and border patrol agents increases.
Donald Trump also said "I do not support the idea of exchanging funding. People, who were brought to the United States illegally, will not receive protection. I assure you, this topic will be discussed later."
The president also added, "I know what kind of wall Americans need. We need a wall that will stop gangs, drug dealers and criminals."
