Ingredients: 500g Mutton (cut into pieces) 3 Potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes) 1 big Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 peyali Yougrt 3-4 Green Chillies (finely chopped) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder 1 Tsp Coriander poweer 1 Tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder 1 big cardamom 2 small cardamom 1/2 inch Cinnamon 1 Star Anise (badyan flower) 10 Black Pepper Salt to taste 1/2 Cup Oil Fresh coriander (chopped) Instructions: In a pot, heat oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and . Stir for a few seconds until fragrant. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds. Add mutton pieces and stir until browned. Add finely yougrt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add 1-2 cups of water and cover the pot. Cook on medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes or until the mutton is tender. Add cubed potatoes and chopped green chillies. Mix well and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
