Review the deck before playing any cards. Each deck does have at least one unit that takes the main role in damaging the crown towers, be it a tank unit like Royal Giant, or a spam unit like Skeleton Barrel. Your first job is to see if there are any troops in your deck to counter those offensive cards. If you do have counters, then let the opponent begin the push, and invest your Elixir on countering the attack. Keep in mind that each card will have a Mirror, and using it will not require an extra Elixir. 2. Use the Mirror on cards whose real value is over 3 Elixir. So, spawning a Royal Giant for 3 Elixir is great, and doubling it with Mirror will make it even more worthwhile. This is, of course, better than spending 6 Elixir on Spear Goblins, for example, unless you are on the defensive side, and you need that. Using the Mirror on the wrong card could quickly get you out-Elixired, and that's a state you don't want to be in since it's quite difficult to make a comeback with equal decks. 3.
