Toon Disney : Aladdin Season 1 Episode 5 : "Never Say Nefir"

Arriving in Getizstan, the group find it being destroyed every night by a giant, rampaging and dancing rhino, Semir the Destroyer, and rebuilt by Nefir and his imps the following day for a large price. As he investigates, Genie learns Nefir is responsible for forcing Semir to dance with magic dancing shoes. The situation only gets worse when Nefir puts the shoes on Genie's feet as well, and it's up to Aladdin to remove them.
