Add (500 grams) of chicken breast, cut into cubes. Sear until the chicken is golden. Stir in half a chopped onion (120 grams) and cook until softened. Add one tablespoon of chopped garlic (15 grams). Mix in two tablespoons of tomato paste (40 grams) and let it cook for a minute. Pour in two cups of tomato puree (500 ml). Season with one teaspoon each of black pepper, basil, oregano, and paprika.
