Prepare the Meat Sauce: Heat a bit of olive oil in a pot or pan over medium heat. Add four hundred grams of beef and stir until it changes color. Mix in two hundred grams of chopped onion, fifteen grams (one tablespoon) of garlic, and one hundred grams of diced bell pepper. Stir for a few minutes until softened.
