Ingredients: 6-7 piece of Chicken ( I used biryani cut ????) — Chicken Marination: 3 tbsp heaped thick curd 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli ????️ powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp Salt ( to taste ) 1 tbsp lemon ???? juice Handful of Kasuri-methi —marinade the chicken and set it for about 2-3 hours at least ( keep into refrigerator ) — Curd mix masala: 3 tbsp whisked curd 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli ????️ powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp salt ( to taste) — Butter chicken Gravy: 1 tsp oil + 1 heaped tbsp Butter ???? Whole spices: 2-3 Bay leaf 1 inch cinnamon stick 4 no’s green cardamom 1 no’s black cardamom 2-3 no’s cloves 2 Kashmiri red chilli dry 2 Byadgi red chilli ????️ 1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds) 1/2 tsp shahjeera — 8-10 no’s cloves garlic ( I added very smaller ones) 1 inch ginger ???? 2 green chilli 2 medium size onion ???? 5 Red medium size tomatoes ???? -Prepared curd mix masala ???? 15-18 cashews / kaju —cook gravy masala on low to medium heat for about 12-15 minutes, till softened & everything comes together ( use 1/2 cup of water if needed while cooking gravy masala. When the masala is cooked properly, let it cool, then blend & sieve it for creamy texture. — For frying / grilling chicken: 2 tsp butter ???? Marinated chicken ???? —cook till crispy & tender..! — Final butter chicken gravy Tadka: 2 tsp butter ???? 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli ????️ pwd 1 medium size chopped onion Prepared & Sieved gravy puree( add water to adjust the consistency) Fried chicken ???? Salt ( to balance the gravy taste) 1 tbsp Kasuri-methi — Garnish with curd/ cream, coriander.
