The English classes were very easy because they were very entertaining. And kind of like a comedian that puts material out there and starts shaving it to give himself a perfect five minutes, trained over 10,000 people and doing it over two decades. I got over two hours of material and I can go a full eight hours if we want to do role playing, implement things in practice, but I can give you a solid two full hours of soft skills and phonetic micro expression reading and certain sort of rhetoric and delivery and vocabulary psychology of making the call. And so not tips or tricks, but things just to get you refocused again, because of all the zigging and zagging and the distractions. And then on the flip side, when we listen to your calls in our quality control department, we have the luxury of recorded phone calls. So just like a mirror, These agents can hear themselves and they will know if they cross talk interrupt too loud, too soft, too fast, too slow.
