Show Description
Let's calm down for a second. Let me refer to one of my favorite actors, Ricardo Montalban. He had an accent, but that was the smoothest cat in town. It's like a beauty mark. I'm going to say it again. Anybody that speaks a second language understands the dedicated practice and what got you there. If phonetics is your only challenge, but your grammar and vocabulary is stellar in advance, I'm going to take you. You know, I might need to work on your phonetics and pronunciation and your vowels. But I tell you, as I mentioned before, there are people that had to train their replacements in other countries. So they might have a feeling towards that. Kind of like the movie Gung Ho back in the 80s, right? When the Japanese came in to do that automotive plant. I tell you what, this is such an interesting industry that I respect the soldier, right? it's not easy. There's a huge burnout and a large attrition. And if somebody is able to retain a client and do good work and good business, and as you say, make it a career, all hats off to them. I really respect the craft.
