What's interesting is I learned the business from the inside out, not at sea level, learned all departments. But it's amazing what people can do on the phone. AI can gather for you. And they can make it interesting and get the information. But the empathy part, the retention, the real relationship building and that transfer of energy, it's done between people. And so in my mind, yes, some departments will be replaced and efficiency will be improved. But if you're making outbound prospecting phone calls, to me, it's much better than just omni-channel non-voice like a text, email or chat. It's a painting over a print. Really, it's not microwaved. It's really a home cooked meat.
