Not is this a sales call, who is this, right? And I use a buffer boomerang technique. I will buffer it by saying, Max, that's an excellent question. My name is Richard Blank. So I name drop you, letting you know it's a great question, repeat the question and send it back in a positive way to readjust the tone. I'm not going to say the name of my company yet.
