And the only thing that I didn't understand was how to do the paperwork and how to pay the bills. But I knew the people. If I could keep them motivated and focused and increasing their ability to be more self-reliant, being better speakers and advanced vocabulary, then maybe I was doing my job. And it seemed to work. It was no resistance. It was like gravity or wind or even some current in the water. I don't have to paddle. I could sit back in a tube, me and you, just chilling. And so when life became easier, maybe became smarter because I didn't have to work as hard. And so you don't become a CEO of a call center. You don't go to school for it.
