INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• cold butter - 100 grams
• wheat flour - 220 grams

• cranberries - 200 grams (can be frozen, pre-thawed)
PREPARATION:
1. First, prepare the shortbread dough, for this we rub pieces of cold butter with dry ingredients.
2. Then add the yolk and cold water to the crumbs and knead a fairly soft dough.
3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. For the creamy filling, mix sour cream, sugar, eggs, starch and, if you like, vanilla until smooth.
5. Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish, cut off the edges with a knife.
6. Fill the mold with cranberries and sour cream filling.
7. Remove to a preheated 170 degree oven with 175 degree convection without convection for 35-40 minutes.
8. The pie should be well browned and rise.
