Mix everything well until completely dissolved. 5. Next, add the potatoes and dilute until completely smooth so that there are no lumps. 6. Now add flour and knead a tight dough, knead for 5-7 minutes. 7. We assemble the dough into a bun, lubricate it with vegetable oil and put it away for proofing in a warm place for 40 minutes - 1 hour. 8. After the time has elapsed, transfer the risen dough to a frying pan or into a cast-iron cauldron. 9. Sprinkle with flour and make incisions as shown in the video. 10.
