INGREDIENTS:
• orange - 2 pieces
• eggs - 2 pieces
• sugar - 200 grams
• vanilla - to taste
• orange peel - from one large orange
• butter - 100 grams
• sour cream - 100 grams
• baking powder - 1 tablespoon
• flour - 250 grams
PREPARATION:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and orange zest, mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
2. Next, add the melted butter, sour cream, baking powder and flour.
3. Mix everything together.
4. Wash the oranges.
5. Cut into small circles.
6. Grease a parchment-lined baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Put the circles of oranges on the bottom of the mold, pour the prepared dough on top.
8. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-60 minutes (depends on the oven).
9. Take out and turn the cupcake upside down.
10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ready!
