Surveillance camera footage from the Boston bombings shows Tamerlan Tsarnaev's younger brother setting down his backpack just a few feet away from the youngest victim. Tsarnaev then made a phone call for 19 seconds, after which the first bomb went off. Don Dahler reports on the latest in the trial.
